I am so excited to let you know that after {time period} of planning and preparation, my business, {Business Name}, is slated to open on {date}. I am so appreciative of your support as a {government official/business leader/landlord/etc}. I would like to personally invite you to the grand opening.
Our grand opening will be held at {time} on {date} at {location}. The event will feature {details}. We will even have {music/food/etc.}! If you would like to say a few words at the ceremony, or stand by as the ribbon is cut, you are most welcome to do so.
Thank you again for your support as I launch {Business Name}.
